The activities we offer depend on the availability of the companies we work with, so we recommend you to make your reservation at least 3 days in advance (one week during high season). Only In this way we can check and guarantee the availability of the services.
Advance
All reservations require and advance payment, which will correspond to a percentage of the total cost per person, which is specified in the information for each activity.
Once you make your reservation, either by phone or online, it will be confirmed and notified to the companies that provide the service until the advance payment has been made. For this reason, we recommend you to pay as soon as possible to guarantee the availability of the services. This advance can be paid in cash or with a bank deposit / Oxxo or interbank transfer.
Payment
The total cost of the activity must be settled on the departure day (this payment will be in cash).
Cancellation
In case of canceling a reservation, 50% of the advance will be returned up to 5 days before the day of the activity. In cases where the cancellation is made after this time, the advance cannot be returned because many activities require the purchase and preparation of equipment and/or food, as well as logistical coordination, all of which has a cost that must be covered.

In exceptional cases, some activities may be postponed or canceled in the event that weather conditions represent a greater danger or impediment (example: hurricanes, rains, north winds, among others). In such cases, the activity will be rescheduled as soon as possible or the activity payment will be returned.
Availability of the activity by season
Some activities are not available throughout the year (example: Whale shark or Gray whale Tour) or have modifications in some season of the year (example: Espiritu Santo Tour), so we recommend you to take into account the dates and details specified in each case.
